Growing in Faith, Every Age and Stage
At Old River Kids, our goal is to create a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment where children encounter Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him. Every program is designed with age-appropriate lessons, activities, and worship to help kids know God and discover His purpose for their lives.
Early Childhood
Infants–Preschool (Birth–4 years)
A nurturing, hands-on environment where little ones experience God’s love through play, worship, and simple biblical truths.
Offered during every service for your convenience.
Kids Church
K–5th Grade
Engaging worship, interactive Bible lessons, and fun games that teach kids how to follow Jesus every day.
Kids Church meets Sundays at 10:45 AM with BGMC the first weekend of each month.
Sunday Discipleship
All Ages
Sunday evenings at 6 PM, kids gather for small-group discipleship and hands-on learning.
Midweek opportunities include MPact Girls Club and Boys classes on Wednesdays at 7 PM.
Safety & Check-In
Your child’s safety is our top priority. We use secure iPad check-in stations with printed name tags for each child and a matching parent pick-up tag for dismissal. All team members complete a Criminal History Background Check and Children’s Ministry Training before serving.
Biblical Learning
Our curriculum uses age-appropriate, Bible-based lessons that help children understand God’s Word and apply it to their daily lives. Each class includes worship, prayer, and fun activities designed to strengthen faith and build friendships.
Partnering With Parents
We believe discipleship happens best when the church partners with parents. Our team provides resources and communication to help families reinforce Sunday lessons throughout the week. Together, we’re raising kids who are saved, equipped, empowered, and released to serve Jesus in their homes, schools, and community.

BGMC
BGMC is the missions education program for all kids in the Assemblies of God. BGMC equips kids to know, care, pray, give, and to reach the lost. We have a two-fold purpose: to reach the children of the world with the love of Jesus and to create a heart of compassion in kids.
MPact Girls Club
Purpose: Mpact Girls Clubs is a program for winning girls to Jesus Christ through love and acceptance. Mpact Girls Clubs provides an environment of support and accountability while helping girls develop their gifts and abilities. In addition, girls build lifelong relationships with mentors who encourage girls to be spiritual leaders. In short, it is a girl’s ministry where girls can make friends, learn about Jesus, and be a part of a club
